How do I book a worker?
Open the Citizen app, browse or search for a service, and start a conversation with a worker. You'll agree on the job and schedule it directly in chat.
How does payment work?
Payment (UPI or cash) is settled directly with the worker once the job is done. The app tracks the invoice and marks it paid once confirmed by both sides.
How do I become a verified worker?
In the Worker app, go to your profile and start verification — you'll submit a government ID and a selfie. Our team reviews it, usually within a couple of days, and you'll get a notification once approved.
Something's not working — what do I do?
Use "Report a problem" in the app's Help Center (Settings → Help Center) to reach us directly, or email contact@nesh.pro.
